Zeke Co at this point in time does NOT accept Refunds. Any enquires or questions visit the contact page a team member will be able to assist you. 


Zeke Co accepts Exchanges ONLY with the Intimates and Swimwear range. If you get the size wrong simply post the item back to us with the protective hygienic sticker and tags still in perfect condition. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, if your package is lost on return to us it's also your responsibility. 

If a order arrives damaged or there is a fault upon arrival?

If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing fault with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve your problem as quickly as possible
